Lessons

As a teacher of classical guitar, I seek to help students access the beauty of this distinctive, beloved instrument. Many new students come to me excited and eager to learn but unsure of where to start or how to progress. The key to success with the classical guitar is a strong technical foundation. My lessons provide necessary technical knowledge in a supportive environment that encourages the development of each student’s lifelong relationship with the instrument. My teaching style is patient and intuitive — I stay attuned to each student’s needs and adapt my instruction and prompts accordingly.

About My Studio:

• In-person lessons are available for students in San Francisco and surrounding areas or via Zoom.

• Students of all ages and experience levels are welcome!

• I use the Suzuki method for students too young to read music. I have years of experience using this method to teach classical guitar to students as young as three.
